Strategic Communications Advisory
For organizations that need a sharper equity lens on their communications strategy.
I work with public health institutions, nonprofit and civil society organizations, and development partners to review and strengthen communication strategies, risk communication and community engagement (RCCE) frameworks, and stakeholder engagement approaches. Grounded in the RISE Framework, the advisory support focuses on what’s missing from the current narrative and how to close that gap.
This might look like a strategic review of an existing campaign, a consultancy on a specific communications challenge, or a thought-partnership engagement over a defined period.
Focused Sessions and Interactive Workshops
For teams that need to build internal capacity quickly and practically.
I design and facilitate workshops on RCCE, health communication strategy, and equity-centered approaches to behavior change. Sessions are grounded in evidence-based frameworks, field experience, and built around your team’s actual challenges.
Half-day and full-day formats available. Can be delivered in-person or online.
The process starts with an exploratory meeting to determine the scope of the engagement, followed by a training needs assessment (TNA) for participants. You will be consulted every step of the way to ensure that the workshop is designed for you, your needs, and your goals.
